About the Role
 
As the Aftersales Operations Manager, you will:

• Provide operational support to leadership, driving innovation and improvement in aftersales services.
• Collaborate with Regional Aftersales Managers to enhance dealer network performance.
• Oversee dealer Service and Parts operations, identifying opportunities for growth and streamlining processes.
• Foster compliance with organisational standards while championing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Independent Authorised Service Facilities (IASFs) through regular engagement and site visits.

 
About You
 
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience in aftersales operations within the automotive industry (retail dealership or OEM-based) or a related field.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
• A strategic mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and dealer support.
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications such as Certificate IV/Diploma in Automotive Technology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
