About the role
 

In this role you will be reporting to and working closely with the General Manager, liaising with the various Department Managers and co-ordinating the Accounts team to ensure and maximise the success for the customer and business. The ideal candidate would be a current dealership BM that is looking for a tree change. 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive the results for the business
  • Connecting with all potential leads, and maximise opportunity
  • Accountable for results/KPI’s/Benchmarks
  • Liaising with senior leadership, department heads, and sales executives
  • Mentoring/coaching junior/less experienced peers

Skills and Experience

  • Minimal 12 months experience as a Business Manager
  • Finance qualifications ESSENTIAL (Tier 2 or Cert 4)
  • Accreditations with the main financiers and insurers an advantage
  • Exemplary communication skills
  • High-level time management skills
