About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and compliant Business Manager to support our Sales Team by delivering tailored finance and insurance options to our valued customers. Your ability to structure competitive deals, ensure seamless delivery, and enhance the buying experience will be critical to your success.
What You’ll Do
- Present finance and insurance solutions in line with customer needs and compliance requirements
- Structure deals to optimise conversions while maintaining strong approval rates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage loan applications and F&I documentation through to settlement
- Maintain strong lender relationships and ensure adherence to all regulatory obligations
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as an Automotive Business Manager in a dealership environment
- Solid understanding of consumer finance, insurance, and compliance obligations
- A strong track record of performance and meeting F&I targets
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- A current Australian driver’s licence
