The Opportunity
As our Business Manager/Trainee Business Manager, you will be critical in
enhancing our dealership’s profitability while ensuring our customers receive the best finance and insurance solutions. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with our General Sales Manager to deliver our customers the best in industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
•Provide tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers that align with their needs.
•Manage the end-to-end F&I (Finance and Insurance) process, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
•Maximise dealership profitability through structured deals and upselling
opportunities.
•Maintain strong relationships with financial and insurance institutions to secure
competitive packages for customers.
•Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with industry regulations.
•Work closely with our sales consultants and support them throughout the
whole sales process.
About You
We seek someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in
delivering outstanding customer service.
You’ll bring:
•Experience in the automotive industry which could be but not limited to Salesperson or Sales Manager.
•An understanding of F&I products, and the importance of the sales processes.
•Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•A customer-first approach with the ability to build lasting relationships.
•High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
