The Opportunity
 
As General Manager, you will:

• Inspire, mentor, and lead sales, service, and administration teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Build strong relationships with manufacturers and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
• Monitor and optimise dealership operations while fostering a culture of innovation and customer focus.
• Analyse market trends and performance metrics to identify and act on growth opportunities.

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the automotive industry, including the next step. This role is open to both Aftersales and Sales leadership specialists.
• A track record of achieving business growth and financial objectives.
• Deep understanding of dealership operations, including sales, service, and financial management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, focusing on team engagement and development.
• Commercial acumen, strategic vision, and adaptability in a competitive market.
