About the Role
We seek an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts and excellent customer service skills, ensuring our clients receive the best possible support and advice.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Interpret customer and workshop requirements to supply the correct parts and accessories.
- Provide exceptional customer service, both over the phone and in person
- Maintain and assist in managing inventory levels
- Process orders efficiently and accurately
- Assist with the management of parts warranty and returns
- Liaise with suppliers to source and order parts
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter or similar role within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using parts catalogues and inventory management systems
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's licence
