As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards. Your role is critical in ensuring our customers receive top-quality service and their vehicles are maintained at peak performance. You will also play a key role in Used Car Reconditioning, ensuring pre-owned vehicles are serviced, inspected, and reconditioned to meet dealership standards before resale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on Renault and Suzuki vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Conduct safety inspections and report any required repairs.
- Use the latest diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults accurately.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Perform Used Car Reconditioning, including inspections, servicing, and necessary repairs to ensure vehicles meet resale standards.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Open to Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
- Qualified Automotive Technician with relevant trade certifications.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Renault and Suzuki vehicles (preferred but not essential – brand training provided).
- A strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Used Car Reconditioning processes (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
- A valid driver’s licence.
