About the role
 
Due to team growth, our client is seeking to add to their senior executive team in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer. Working in a strategic partnership with the CEO, with the Finance Manager and team reporting in the successful candidate’s role is to assist lead the group with solid corporate governance. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities

• Hands-on coaching and mentoring of Management team members
• Financial reporting of the complete business
• Confident and approachable to Manufacturers
• Strategic lead and sounding board for the CEO
• MUST put their staff first to build long-standing employees

 
Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in automotive dealerships preferred
• Minimum experience to be at Senior Financial Controller level
• Strong leadership skills
• Tertiary qualifications essential
• Professional associations highly regarded (CPA or CA)
• Exceptional KPI awareness and strong business acumen
• Knowledge of DMS systems
