As the Delivery Coordinator, you will manage all aspects of the post-sale and pre-delivery experience for our valued BMW customers. Your tasks will include:
- Keeping customers informed throughout the process with timely updates on delivery schedules
- Ensuring BMW’s high standards of customer service are met at all times
- Coordinating vehicle preparation for delivery, ensuring every detail meets the customer’s requirements (e.g., window tinting, etc.)
- Handling general administration to provide seamless communication between internal and external teams
- Coordinating with customers and managing the sales team’s schedule to facilitate seamless vehicle handovers.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
