Through my family, and my direct experience, I have had a long association with the automotive industry. Collectively more than 80 years to be precise. I remember crawling around the dealership floor when I was in nappies, so you could say I was raised in the industry. During my career, I have been the leader of great teams across multiple sites, and large turnover businesses.
Early in my experiences, I learnt that you have to surround yourself with great people, add value to relationships, deliver on commitments, be progressive and challenge yourself to improve, continuously. That is my promise to our business partners.
