Eastern Renault and Suzuki seek a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Executive to join our vibrant team in Croydon, Melbourne. We are a leading dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and a wide range of high-quality vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through their car purchase journey.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our vehicles, including features, benefits, and specifications.
• Negotiate sales and close deals while maintaining integrity and transparency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

 
Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A customer-focused attitude with an ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Commitment to work Saturdays
• Valid driver's licence.
• A passion for cars and keeping updated with automotive industry trends.
