Remuneration: $75,000 base + Incentives (top performing advisors earning > $120,000 + Super

Role Overview:  

Automotive Talent seeks a motivated and experienced Service Advisor to represent our client’s service department. This key role involves customers' primary contact, ensuring they receive a seamless and satisfying service experience.

Key Responsibilities: 
 
  • Greet customers and schedule service appointments.  
  • Provide comprehensive explanations about service work, pricing, and time estimates.  
  • Offer advice on warranty protections and additional service options.  
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure services are completed on time.  
  • Maintain customer service records and conduct follow-ups to gauge satisfaction.  
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills: 
 
  • Experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, with a preference for those familiar with luxury brands.  
  • Strong knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Proficiency in service management software and administrative tools.  
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.  
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
