About the Role
 
Whether you have experience in the automotive industry, Service Advising or not, or coming into this role fresh our client is searching for their next Service Superstar. Training in their processes will be provided ensuring your onboarding will be structured and comfortable. Want to know what a Service Advisor does? Your role is to:

• Manage our client’s customer’s experience from booking, greeting, sales opportunities, and explanation of work performed.
• You are the face of the department and customer service professional. Your charter is to exceed your customers’ expectations at all times, and in turn, ensure they are a customer’s for life!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage your customer’s experience
• Provide high-level customer service
• Maximise all sales and GP opportunities
• Maintain accurate records
• Build and maintain customer base

Skills and Experience

• Experience as a Service Advisor NOT essential
• Top-level customer service skills
• Good communication skills
• High-level time management skills essential
• Current Drivers License MANDATORY
• Comfortable with computers

The successful candidate must be able to work fulltime and available from 7 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, with rostered alternate Saturday shortened shifts (overtime).
