About the role
 
Our client is looking for either an experienced Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager looking to take the next step in their career. The focus of the role is being accountable for one of their brands, currently averaging 30-50 RO’s per day. You’ll report directly to the Group Service Manager. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive the Service Department KPI’s (Financial, Customer, Manufacturer, and Dealership KPI’s)
• Accountable for Front End Operations, Safety, and Administration areas
• Liaising with General Manager – Fixed Operations and Group Service Manager

Skills and Experience

• Minimum experience as an Assistant Service Manager ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience in dealerships ESSENTIAL
• Exemplary communication skills
• High-level time management skills
• Hands-on customer relations ESSENTIAL
• Knowledge of dealership DMS systems and MS Outlook will be an advantage
