About the role
Our team is looking for an eager, enthusiastic professional to join the BMW team as a Concierge / Genius.
As the BMW Concierge / Genius, you will provide an exceptional customer service experience and be an expert on BMW products. In return, this will strengthen our customers' trust in the BMW brand and ensure they leave having had a premium experience.
This role will suit an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-orientated environment that will work with the latest technology. This role could also lead the way for a future Sales position.

What awaits you?
- You will be the product ambassador and champion for internal and external stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for developing competitive product argumentation.
- You will prepare and conduct workshops for staff members and customers showcasing BMW products and their competitive benefits.
- You will plan and execute the handover of new and used vehicles to clients.
- You will manage inbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently. Inbound enquiries would be made in person, by phone, and by email.
- You will support the marketing team at events when required.
- You will drive product highlights on official social media channels.
- Prior automobile experience but not necessary
- Strong understanding of technology and converting that into customer benefits
- Customer centricity
- Valid QLD driver's license
- Exceptional time management skills with a professional approach and high levels of self-motivation
- Positive and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to travel interstate for training and other functions as required
- Ability to work on a rotating rostered week and work on weekends.
