Job Opportunity: Senior Customer Relations Coordinator
Location: Brisbane  
Type: Full-Time
Remuneration: up to $90,000 + benefits (>$110,000 package)
 
Role Overview:  
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in handling general customer inquiries and complex complaints, ensuring that all communication and resolutions are prompt, upholding outstanding customer service, and maintaining a positive brand perception.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all inbound customer inquiries across multiple channels.
  • Oversee a shared mailbox, delegating customer inquiries as needed.
  • Provide information on products, current retail campaigns, special offers, and promotions.
  • Handle post-sales queries, customer satisfaction surveys, and rewards programs.
  • Coordinate complex customer complaints, interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilise CRM systems to document customer interactions comprehensively.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback, potential risks, and opportunities for improving customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Desirable: Automotive qualification and familiarity with Australian Consumer Law.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years in a similar role or a demonstrable ability to adapt previous experience to this position.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM systems.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Personal Attributes:
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and maintain professionalism.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Customer-focused with a personable approach.
